Our in-house project manager, who holds a BSc (Hons) in project management, then builds the move plan with you. That covers the packing schedule, crate delivery, the order rooms are cleared, and where each desk, cabinet and machine goes at the new address. We can also help you plan the new layout so the space works for your team from day one.
We recommend booking four to six weeks ahead. That leaves time for the survey, the plan, and getting crates to your staff so they can pack their own desks.
Your hardware is usually the most valuable thing in the building. We pack servers, PC units and peripherals in anti-static wrapping and secure IT crates, then deliver them to the right desk at the new address.
The technical side stays with your IT team or provider. We agree a disconnect and reconnect timeline with them in advance, so the move fits around their work rather than the other way round.
