How will my furniture be protected in transit?
We will provide all necessary moving equipment on the day of your move. We supply a full range of protective equipment including blankets, mattress protectors, sofa covers, and hanging garment boxes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS payments 24 hours prior to your move date or cash upon presentation of the invoice on moving day.
What time do your staff arrive?
Our team schedules arrival times based on the specifics of your move and the availability of keys to your new property. Typically however, our crew arrives between 8am – 9am, completes loading by 12pm – 1pm, and finalises the move by 4pm – 5pm.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book my removal
Yes, a deposit secures your moving date, ensuring dedicated service on your preferred schedule. Our team provides flexibility with a notice period for any changes.
What size vehicles do you have?
Our fleet is equipped to handle moves of all sizes, from small to large. We offer a range of vehicles, from 3.5 Luton vans to 18-tonne trucks, to suit your needs.
