How will my clothes be transported ?
We offer day use of hanging garment boxes meaning your clothes will be safely transported from your current property to your new property.
What size vehicles do you have ?
Whether we are transporting a small or large amount of goods we have the necessary vehicles to complete your move. We have a fleet of modern tidy vehicles from 3.5 tonne Luton’s to to 18 tonne lorries.
Do you provide sofa/mattress covers ?
Yes, it is very important to us to keep your belongings safe, secure, clean and dry during the move therefore we provide sofa/mattress covers to ensure that your furniture is kept dry and clean during the removal.
Will you protect my carpets ?
Yes, we understand that it very important to protect your carpets during the move therefore we always use floor protectors at your current and new property so you can rest assured we will provide everything you’ll need to protect your belongings and the premises during the move.
What time do your staff arrive ?
Arrival time varies depending on what time the keys are available to your new property but usually our crew arrive between 8am – 9-am are loaded by 12pm – 1pm and completed the move by 4pm – 5pm.
How will my furniture be protected in transit ?
We will provide all necessary moving equipment on the day of your move. We supply a full range of protective equipment including blankets, mattress protectors, sofa covers and hanging garment boxes.
What happens if I am late receiving the keys to my new property ?
Keys to your new property are usually available around 1pm. A move is usually based on an 8 hour day approximately 9am – 5pm. If your keys are delayed and causes your move to take longer than 8 hours to complete the additional time will be charged at £50.00 per hour based on a team of 2 staff.
